I have been training on how to increase my vertical leap and came across a great website by Adam Linkenauger that you should visit. If you are training to jump higher you should check out this site that Adam put up. I’ve been watching the videos and am quite impressed at how much someone can increase their vertical leap with training. I thought you could either jump high or you couldn’t, but this proves that you can train for everything.
